Christmas Day in Guangzhou

Merry Christmas to everyone from Hank, Cheryl, Kelsey, Kennan & Kylie! Only God could have orchestrated this incredible Christmas adventure.

Kylie's dressed to the nines for Christmas. She loves her clothes and is very meticulous and neat -- she notices every crumb and requires hand wipes after every snack.

Just a typical Christmas Day celebration for the Millers as we visit a 50 year old zoo in China...

The caged animals looked pretty sad but Kylie was having fun!
We had a lazy afternoon in the hotel and then had a typical Christmas dinner at the Veranda Cafe in the hotel.... just the usual Christmas stuff -- a mariachi band singing Christmas carols in English, including Silent Night with almost all the words right ('round yon veergin, mother & child) and a meal consisting of carved prime rib, beef tenderloin, fried shrimp, Alaskan crab legs, sushi and sashimi, octopus tentacles, jellyfish salad, green tea ice cream and a Chinese Santa! Just your normal Miller Christmas...

We hope all of you have a blessed Christmas. We miss you and look forward to seeing everyone when all five of us return!!
Hank

Hi Cheryl and family,

I have just read your story from beginning to end but have been thinking of you often these last days since we received your news that you were travelling to China. Kylie Grace is beautiful and so lucky to join the Miller family. The journey continues..... you are the right family for her. We'll anxiously await more news.

I'm sure this is a Christmas you will never forget. You guys should become writers--your descriptions of everything are so entertaining. I hope the trip home is uneventful.

Hi Millers! We are so happy for all of you! I just read your story from beginning to end, and I am astounded at how amazing God is. It seems like yesterday I was sitting in Einsteins with Kelsey praying for a little girl somewhere far away, and I am so happy to see that God answered every little prayer. We can't wait for your speedy return. Kylie Grace is going to love her new room :)
With love from sunny Florida,
